These 8 hour self-guided retreats focus on a key area of focus of your choosing.
Each retreat is offered in either 24-hour or 36-hour formats, depending on your schedule and needs. Pricing is $55 for 24-hour retreats and $75 for 36-hour retreats.
After payment, you will receive an email download for your chosen Retreat with all the guidance, exercises, and tools you need. The next steps are for you to secure the space on your calendar and then just engage fully.
