Our Fall Senior Citizen Retreat is created from our hearts just for Seniors. Crafted from a deep understanding of what matters most, our Retreat will bring you
Meaningful Connections that friendships are made of as we share stories and discover our common threads
Gentle Movement Sessions that honor your body while awakening energy you may have forgotten (options available)
Peaceful Nature Exploration to enjoy fresh air and reconnect with nature if desired
Delicious Meals shared in warm company with every dietary need thoughtfully accomodated
Just Plain Fun & Socializing with Entertainment, games if desired, and time to foster connections.
A highlight for Saturday afternoon is our Special Guest Speaker Master Storyteller Margaret Burke, who will lead an amazing workshop. Also joining us on Sunday is Jeri Mallow, an incredible life-filled Speaker who offers inspiring and encouraging messages about wellness from within!
Entertainment, you ask? Oh, yes! Saturday night has ENTERTAINMENT. Afterwards, we've prepared engaging, light-hearted games and delicious snacks. Not a night owl? No pressure! Your comfortable private room awaits whenever you're ready.
