Our Fall Senior Citizen Retreat is created for people 65 and older and from our hearts just for Seniors. Crafted from a deep understanding of what matters most, our Retreat will bring you
- Meaningful Connections that friendships are made of as we share stories and discover our common threads
- Gentle Movement Sessions that honor your body while awakening energy you may have forgotten (options available or can have personal time)
- Peaceful Nature Exploration to enjoy fresh air and reconnect with nature if desired
- Delicious Meals shared in warm company with every dietary need thoughtfully accomodated
- Just Plain Fun & Socializing with Entertainment, games if desired, and time to foster connections.
A highlight for Saturday afternoon is our Special Guest Speaker Master Storyteller Margaret Burke, who will lead an amazing workshop. Also joining us on Sunday is Jeri Mallow, an incredible life-filled Speaker who offers inspiring and encouraging messages about wellness from within!
Entertainment, you ask? Oh, yes! Saturday night has ENTERTAINMENT. Afterwards, we've prepared engaging, light-hearted games and delicious snacks. Not a night owl? No pressure! Your comfortable private room awaits whenever you're ready.

Chrisitian Womens Retreat Winter 2025
Held at Stronghold, this two-night Retreat is filled with reflection, worship, music, prayer, fellowship, and community. It's an easy pace with Spiritual Guidance, guided prayer and meditation, movement, and more. Cost is $499 and is all-inclusive of meals, lodging, all programming, use of grounds, and a couple goodies!
Self- Guided Retreats ALWAYS HAPPENING
Don't have the time or money to engage in one of those big retreats? Well, I didn't either. But I needed a Retreat, (READ MORE HERE), so I created one. After sharing it with others, I started getting requests from friends of friends, and the Self-Guided Retreats was born. There are TWO OPTIONS:
THEMED RETREATS
These self-guided retreats focus on one of the key areas below. After payment, you will receive an email download for your chosen Retreat. Next steps are for you to secure the space on your calaendar and then just engage fully.
RESTORE- work is focused on relaxation, peace, quiet, and healing
REFOCUS- work is focused on reprioritizing, claiming your time, and self-care
RENEW- work is focused on letting go, a new lens, and new energy
Offered in both 24 and 36 hour retreats, cost is $55 and $75 a accordingly.

CUSTOM RETREATS
These 30 hour Custom Retreats are designed specifically for you. You and I will spend a couple of hours talking together, and you will complete a questionairre. Out of that sharing time, I will create a highly customized, personal 30 hour retreat that guides you every step of the way with specifically selected meditations, music, activities, and readings and writings designed to meet you where you are and accomplish your goals for this dedicated and special time. It takes 30 days from our conversation for you to receive your Custom Retreat. This gives you plenty of time to clear your calendar, do your preparation work, and prepare your mind and space for you retreat. Tell all your peeps you will be clocked out, logged out, and checked out!

The cost for your personalized retreat is $279, which includes everything.....all of our prelimiary time together, the retreat scheduling, materials, and all the time planned just for you. There is a 50% deposit due to secure the creation of your Retreat with the balance due prior to receving your retreat documents. Because I will begin working as soon as we begin talking, the deposit is non-refundable.
