How It Works: Four Parts
Step 1: Share and Prepare
We begin with an intimate conversation — not just about what you're currently navigating, but what's calling to you beneath the surface.
We explore what you're ready to release, what you're hungry to understand about yourself, and what kind of opening you're seeking.
The total time for this step is about two hours, which can be broken into a few sessions based on your schedule.
Step 2: Custom Design
Using our discussions, I craft a deeply personal 36-hour journey designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Every element— meditations, exercises, readings, and music— is chosen to create the conditions for healing, insight, and genuine self-discovery that you are seeking.
This isn't surface-level work; it's an invitation to go deeper.
Step 3: Special Delivery
You'll receive your Custom Retreat 35 days after our initial conversation.
During this time, I will provide guidance so you can clear your calendar, prepare your mind and space, and fully commit to this dedicated time.
Step 4: Fully Guided Experience
Your retreat comes with clear instructions, allowing you to immerse yourself completely and move at a comfortable, guided pace.
As you move through the experience, you may find yourself opening up to unexpected emotions, uncovering hidden patterns, and learning some valuable things about your best self.
Your Retreat doesn't end when the 36 hours are up. I'll follow up afterward to support you and help integrate whatever unfolded during your retreat into your daily life.
Pricing and Registration
Total Cost: $295 for the fully personalized retreat, including all preparation, scheduling, and your own Retreat Binder.
Deposit: A 50% deposit (Zelle or Check) secures your retreat creation. The deposit is non-refundable since work begins immediately.
Balance: Remaining 50% due 3 days prior to receiving your retreat documents. We will set dates together.
